Last week FCA had a meeting to install a “Green Roof” at one of our downtown condominiums. We met with our Client and LiveRoof, a green roof manufacturer. With green roofs becoming ever more popular (and practical) it was great to go through some of the unique technologies and options available. Their system is made up of modular trays that click together seamlessly to form an uninterrupted roof system which makes them both easy to install and great to visually experience. What was most impressive from a client’s perspective, though, was the diversity of what you’re able to plant. Rather than being limited by selection, clients are able to pick precisely the species and colors they imagine for their rooftop projects.
